I thought I had problems dealing with customer service.

I just watched a news report about a woman in Smyrna received a bill for gas service's totaling $72,000. Yeah, that's right seventy-two thousand dollar gas bill. She called the gas company and asked how much did she have to pay for the moment before taking to credit collector. Now, what was the customer service representative’s response? Well, the bill states you owe 72K.
What?!
So the good people at the local fox5 news got involved and called, with in an hour they resolved the problem. The problem? Some one pressed the wrong button and sent the total complex's usage amount to this one woman. Which...here's the kicker...has an all electric apartment.
Wow, that's customer service for you people!
