Have y'all heard about the pharmacist who shot and killed a robber and chased down the other one?
Here's the news link, just in case: http://www.foxnews.com/search-results/m/22384258/self-defense-or-murder.htm
well, i'm curious, where is the line drawn when it becomes murder instead of self-defense. Personally, living in an area where the crime is going up and down the street a bartender was killed by two robbers...I have no problem with the pharmacist's actions. The coming back and shooting the first robber again, I'm not sure how I feel.
I understand that in that situation, your adrenaline is up and fear factor is even higher. The guy on the floor a couple minutes earlier was gonna shoot and take your life. Plus, in movies there are so many scenes where the good and bad guy is laying on the floor, thought to be dead, then at the last minute rises and shoots and kills the character still standing. So, with that being said, is it wrong for the pharmacist to come back and shoot the guy on the floor?
