I thought I would have ballooned back to eating 2000 calories a day, but this whole keep track of what I eat actually kept me at a 1400 a day....that's including going out to eat and having McDonald's in the morning! Wahoo!
The one thing I don't understand, though, is that I have not lost any weight on the scale. I know my exercise has not been consistent, but my eating has dropped about 500 calories a day...that alone for one month should have dropped some off the scale.
I think tomorrow I am going to measure with the tape and compare to day one. If there is no change there, well, then it is time to join a gym and go daily. Waiting on the weather has not done any good, considering that it has rained for over a week straight.
