Purging

Due to the yard-sale, I and the BF, well mainly I, have gone through each room and each drawer and decided to purge.

I feel good, even though we only made 28 dollars. There is still a lot of stuff, but a trip to Goodwill is in order. This time, I'm going to make sure and get a tax receipt. I have never written off Goodwill on my taxes. I go about twice a year and donate items, I just never thought of the benefits that come with it financially.

Since I am still in a financial pinch. I will defiantly pick up a receipt.

I got to teach yesterday, and will be teaching tomorrow and Friday. The nice thing about having the education I have, the teachers who ask me to sub trust me enough to actually conduct a lesson. Every time I step in front of a class, it just solidifies that I have made the right decision in my life.

Well, back to purging. I am being more militaristic about throwing stuff out. If I don't love it, if it doesn't fit, if I have no idea where the rest of the components (i.e. all the electrical cords) are located....it's being tossed. No sense of keeping items that are not being used or will possible never be used.
