i feel really good, and refreshed...even taller.
This week i completed three days of working out.  Today I was hurting from yesterday's cardio and weights, but pulled myself into the gym.  I did, however, skip out of abs class.  Only to do cardio and an amazing yoga class.  I feel relaxed, stretch, taller, and ready for the weekend.
