Day Five of this darn "diet"

So. The Salmon for dinner last night was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend the recipe I posted yesterday.

Tj Eckleburg made a good point, I do need to add photos. Not of bikini ones, but I should have taken photos of the salmon, milk, weight scale, etc.

I'll get on that.

What killed me yesterday was lunch. I went out to lunch (which I really needed to get out of the house and wear something else besides pajamas)

Went to this great little cuban place http://www.incstreetfood.com/
The idea is street food. Yummy food is what I say.
I got the Crispy Shrimp Tacos topped with coleslaw, pickled carrots & chipotle crema.

The best I could calculate with the sides and such was about a 900 calorie meal. BUT worth it! And considering I did not have breakfast, that worked out. I also did better about slowing down eating meals and not eating in front of the computer or tv.

It was really nice sitting at the dinner table with BF and talking about our day while eating such yummy salmon, couscous, and corn. (kind of a fiesta day)

Today's tip: Become a Veggie Junkie

This will be great! Summertime to me is fresh veggies we picked from the garden that day. When I was driving to the restaurant yesterday I saw a little produce "stand" (they grew into an actual building). I'm gonna go and pick up some tomatoes, corn on the cob, eggplant, salad makings...ok well first I have to see what they have to offer.
