Working! well, subbing all week. yaya! I cannot wait until I have this long term sub position. It'll be with the little ones, but it should be a great experience. Also, hopefully an in with the school. It is the same school that I taught at before and have been subbing for all year. I am just amazed at how hard it has been trying to find a job. I know what I want and I went above and beyond obtaining the credentials needed for this career path, yet no job. Well, at least no full time job.
I have been painting, was on a great pace until me and a little molly bolt are having words. Stupid thing got halfway into the wall and now it won't come out. I need some needle nose pliers and really don't feel like digging through the tool closet. I kinda need to fix this if I want to paint. I've been putting these things in for the curtain rods and then painting over them so they blend in with the wall. I'm happy with the wall color, very calming and finally makes this place feel like home! Love the place, love the fiancé but he's afraid of color. Also, kinda of why i'm in charge of picking wedding colors. No pink. Def no pink. Which is funny, because I do like pink. I have a pink phone, a pink soccer bag, shin gaurds, soccer ball, and a pink hula hoop (helps with the abs). Wedding, though, not feeling pink. Probably, because it is a fall wedding, pink doesn't belong in the fall.
Hmmm....wonder if I can get a teaching job in Wisconsin? I'm sure my girl G and her man would love for us to move there. Well, me, because someone would have to stay and finish up their MBA and that whole job thing that's paying him for his MBA.
Actually, I did fill out an online application for Wisconsin school system, I was told two weeks ago that my application has been terminated due to inactivity. Which, well, inactivity on your parts dudes, not mine! Good thing, though, I'd get fat off cheese.
I bought some double cream Gouda cheese yesterday from Whole Foods, can NOT wait to try it out.
Ok, back to attacking this stupid bolt.
