bam!

I think I have finally combated the smell in my sink!  For the last 10 months, I have been trying to figure out what is causing the gut wrenching smell wafting from my kitchen sink.  I poured bleach, garbage disposal cleaner, bathroom scrubbing bubbles, you name it down that damn sink.
Yet, when I leave my house for a few moments and enter again, it smells again!

I went and bought some sort of draino drain cleaner thingy-ma-jigger.  I haven't smelled anything but the cleaner, so it might have worked.  Well, I also haven't left my house yet either...

Mother's Day is tomorrow, so I hope everyone got their moms something special.  If anything, pick up the damn phone and call her.

It has stick figures to represent people in the family.  I put everyone, including her new in-law children, and even the dog.  Cause, well, the dog came before the in-law children and the grandbaby :D

The mug arrived two days ago, and my mom called me yesterday to let me know she couldn't wait until Sunday.  She opened the gift and already had coffee out of it.  She really liked the stick figures with our names underneath each figure.  I mean, she really giggled over it.  To truly understand, my mom hates knick-knacks.  Anything that "collects" dust, she doesn't want it in her house.  Coffee mugs, however, she loves. So bam! Perfect gift.
