Well, at least yesterday was better than Monday and Tuesday's calorie counts.
Also, the tip about slowing down eating and not eating in front of the tv...is really hard. I didn't think it was, but I didn't even notice when I ate lunch that I was watching an episode of 90210 (oh hush) and dinner I scarfed down quickly.
I did, however, sip slowly the red wine and enjoyed every drop.
So, today's tip: Eat Salmon
The recipe that Self.com gives sounds yummy: Marinate in a mixture of lime juice, garlic and cumin; chill for 20 minutes, then grill for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, flipping once.
Totally going to have this for dinner.
In other news!!!! I graduate with my Masters next sat. I so freaking excited. Now if only I can find a job. Which is going to be hard b/c on Monday one county just laid off 579 employees (mostly teachers) another county is on a hiring freeze, and another county is closing a couple of schools. Yay!
